Someone has abducted and murdered nearly thirty young women, randomly dumping their abused bodies alongside the nation's highways. What little evidence the authorities have, points to a long-haul trucker. Jack Fredericks, an FBI agent, has been tasked with connecting the dots and stopping the deviate.
