Hydroxycinnamic acids are p-coumaric acid, caffeic acid, ferulic acid, sinapic acid, and other components such as coumarins (Umbelliferone, Esculetin, Scopoletin, Resveratrol, Piceatannol, Pterostilbene), curcuminoids (Curcumin, Demethoxycurcumin, Bisdemethoxycurcumin), condensed tannins or proanthocyanidins (Procyanidin B1), and lignan (Sesamin).
