We train our house pets to be obedient and follow set rules based on our values, personalities; and lifestyles. We tend to set very high expectations for these beautiful... animals. Yet oftentimes, it's the human-- that seemingly has forgotten its own moral and TRUE nature-- not the pet! Therefore in good conscious we must ask ourselves-- are we really deserving of such respect, obedience, and loyalty-- or is it merely a status symbol, a followed trend, or an emotional impulse when deciding to bring one home? Because relative to any valued friendship... integrity, trust, communication; and reliability are the core elements that will help this new guest and possibly a new family member to maintain- even thrive-- and warm your heart as only true love can do.
