Full of good information!!
I really enjoyed reading this book. It is chock full of information on how to do the diet right. I like how Luis also includes different ways to do the Keto diet from cancer to weight loss. I am also enjoying the recipe section of the book as well. There is also information on supplements and herbal remedies that can help you with different things in your body. He has made Keto easy to do. No guesswork here. Anyone can do this!
