    I’ve never been able to do a keto diet before, but after reading this book I am almost two weeks in and I’ve lost 4 lbs. I have not had gluten, dairy or sugar for 10 years, but gradually gained 15 lbs, mostly due to hormonal issues and the weight is mostly in my ab area. I have tried so many things and couldn’t lose the weight, until now. The recipes are great and it has been an easy transition. Thanks Bruce!!
