    I am a long time vegan cook, this is by far the best cookbook for vegan food that I own! I have dozens. I have made several recipes from this book all but one(the brownies)have been wonderful. But we are a VERY picky brownie family, so it might work out for others just fine. The book has great tricks and tips to get the best results from your time spent in the kitchen. So happy to have their vegan fish sauce recipe so I always have it ready to go now. If you are cooking vegan food for non vegans they will not be disappointed with these recipes. Myself and kids are vegan but my husband is not. He has been happy with everything from this book. Things I have include;ranch dressing, banana bread, pancakes, Belgian waffles, black beans on toast, Thai coconut soup, black bean burgers, cashew Mac and cheese(to much mustard powder), teriyaki tofu, nacho dip, chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal cookie variation with no chocolate chips, brownies and yellow cake with frosting. There are many more recipes that are calling my name still.
