While living in Los Angeles, at both the Doctor's House (a restored Victorian house) and the Heritage Square Museum (a restored Victorian Village) as a lecturer, interpreter, and historical researcher. Bruce has been an afficionado of food for nearly as long. Of course, experience is useless without the ability to communicate it, and Bruce has over twenty years of experience in non-fiction writing. He and his family live in Connecticut.
