After years of pushing garbage with his D9, Dan Tucker thought he'd seen every kind of trash anyone could throw away. He was surprised the day he saw something new. The bodies of the dogs were not so new, but the live pup in the box was. When the animal protection people were called to take the pup, they were more interested in the dead dogs than the pup. When Dan found several more dead animals over the next few days, and the animal protection people wouldn't tell him why they were interested, he contacted Refuge Rescuers.
