The PURPOSE Program: P- Prepare the ground for new growth & development.U- Uncover the addiction, abuse, open wound, spirit and sin.R- Revert the old ways to the new. Uproot cause of illegal mindset and transforming to renewed legal mindset.P- Plant goals, virtue, character, spiritual insight, life skills, wisdom, love, discernment.O- Observation of strengths and weaknesses in common (stronghold patterns).S- Saturate with worksheets, questionnaires, group forums, assignments. *Encourage to write it down.E- Exposure to community. Provide resources, connections, church facilities, prayer lines, other facilities, organizations- External Purpose Program and follow up care.The PURPOSE program is targeted to rehabilitate an inmate on the inside; mind, body, and soul before returning to the outside community. This will reduce recidivism, and in return reduces crimes and will directly and indirectly provide fiscal benefits to the county and state. The professional facilitators are licensed with degrees in their market place of professionalism as well as being kingdom ministers. The Bible, in conjunction with empowering curriculum are the tools and resources used to address the underlying factors that led to the women inmates criminal activity; such as criminal thinking, attitudes, values and beliefs.The contributors to this work are: Sheriff Sergeant H.
