Bag om With Which Institution to Develop Africa?
Emery Patrice LUMUMBA in his last letter written to his wife said: "History will say its word one day, but it will not be the history that will be taught in Brussels..., but the one that will be taught in the liberated countries..., I know that my country, which suffers so much, will know how to defend its Independence and its freedom...". Since that day, Africa has remained on its knees in front of its colonialist masters despite the will displayed by its sons and daughters in wanting to take up the challenge of defending its development and its sovereignty at all costs. During a visit to Kinshasa, EMMANUEL MACRON directly criticized his Congolese counterpart: "you accuse France when you have never been able to restore your sovereignty... you should not look for the culprits outside. It is this situation that gives rise to this work. The only big problem is spiritual (Leadership). It is the African spirit that is in darkness, dead, is chained and that makes Africa remain submissive. With which Spirit to develop Africa?
