In beiden kommen Gaben in Organisationen kaum vor, in der einen, weil man dort Gaben inmitten der Wirtschaft, der Unternehmen, der Organisationen kaum Aufmerksamkeit widmet (obwohl gerade das im Sinne Marcel Mauss¿ gewesen wäre), in der anderen, weil sie da ein Geben jenseits eines do ut des überhaupt nicht wahrhaben können und wollen.Sonstige Ingredienzien unter anderem: Eine scharfe Kritik der Gabentheorie Bourdieus, eine Erörterung der Missachtung der Gabe bei Luhmann, Konsequenzen für die Organisations- und die Unternehmungstheorie und ein paar launige kleine Stücke zu Weihnachts- und zu Festschriftgaben.

John Dewey, the great American pragmatist, and Maurice Merleau-Ponty, who Paul Ricoeur described as "the greatest of the French phenomenologists," share remarkably similar views of experience and approaches to philosophy despite emerging from different traditions.1 These similarities appear even more striking when we recognize how little dialogue these two traditions had with each other. In their philosophies, both Dewey and Merleau-Ponty were attempting to articulate a more faithful account of experience than what had preceded them, and thus were responding to the artificial descriptions of experience given by British empiricists. Dewey and Merleau-Ponty were both dialectical thinkers who were greatly indebted to Hegel (particularly Dewey), though both drifted away from absolute idealism and began to root their philosophies in lived experience. They were both critical of Cartesian dualism, in all its lingering forms in modern philosophy, and sought to redefine the relationship between subject and world. Furthermore, both shared affinities with each other's traditions, with Dewey's approach to understanding experience verging on phenomenology, while Merleau-Ponty's descriptions of our prereflective understanding and engagement with the world resembled elements of pragmatism.

The process of learning is conjugated with the achievement of the educational fact, that is, we assume that one educates when one learns, and that learning is a consequence of educating oneself. Learning is an act that for humans is diversified according to each social characteristic where this practice is perceptible. It is learned by the intention of the one who learns or by the disposition of the one who contributes to learning. The objective of this research is to propose an Instructional Manual for the construction of the e-book as an innovative didactic resource to plan learning and present the contents of a subject at Hosanna University of Panama. Because in the end, from the elaboration of the Manual it is intended to guide the teacher on the development and design of the contents of the e-book focused on a subject that allows him to make evident the mastery of his area of knowledge, the ability to conduct the teaching and learning process from his position, approach, relevance and originality that guarantees the projection in the construction of new knowledge to reorient the educational processes and relegitimize the responsibility to achieve self-learning at the higher education level.

With a view to development aid, promoting self-help and participatory development, non-governmental organizations have the general objective of reducing poverty through, among other things, improving the quality of education. In the Far North of Cameroon, VSO, through its volunteers, both development workers and nationals, uses a range of techniques and methods to reach people and change their daily lives and their future through education. After an inventory of VSO's means of influence, we will show their limits and propose solutions so that their actions are sustainable and their effectiveness is known.

The objective of the research was to develop didactic strategies focused on the sacred narratives of the Kankuamo people that consolidate the reading comprehension of third and fourth grade students of the Institución Educativa Promoción Social Guatapurí-Chemesquemena, Cesar. Methodologically, the work was framed in the qualitative approach, in the modality of applied research. The population consisted of third and fourth grade students. The techniques used for the collection of information were the field diary and the observation log. On the other hand, it takes up the Kankuamo Educational Order (Makú Jogúki) from which the Educational Model emerges, thus constituting an element of cultural order that includes the cosmovision, spirituality, the social and pedagogical component of the Kankuamo People that takes into account the community construction of knowledge and the thought that has as reference the pedagogy of the council centered on the wisdom of the elders, where the preservation of the culture is mainly immersed.
