AI aims to reproduce certain human cognitive abilities such as perception, reasoning, learning, planning and decision-making. AI applications are vast and can include areas such as speech recognition, computer vision, machine translation, autonomous vehicles, virtual assistants and much more. It is important that governments and companies using AI take these recommendations into account to ensure that human rights are not violated.

This empirical research is based on the study of the relationship between the perception of the marketing mix and the quality of service and customer loyalty in a restaurant in the department of Lima - Peru.
