This is an technical and theoretical exploration of the potential for the high temperature superconductor ceramic Yttrium-Barium-Cuprite-Oxide, in the form of ceramic disks, to exhibit gravity influencing, altering or dampening effects. The variables that are relevant are: rotational speed, vacuum tension, temperature and floatation magnet strength; with refinements build upon the original gravity shield design. The temperature is maintained by vacuums and liquid hydrogen cooled gravitoelectrical components to zero-point temperatures, which are then suspended and held in vacuums at all connective points by previously charged ferrite floatation magnets which do not require input. This creates a zero energy loss and entropy bleed system of constant gravitonic-kinetic-electric energy transference, which contributes through the conservation of input energy and cumulative energy gain into a feedback loop of limitless exponentially increasing output energy through reinput energy accumulation. Through experimental observations of the energy dampening effects of high temperature superconductors, upon gravitonic field/particle/wave energy, I rationalise the synthesis of the theoretical paradigm of Hyperparticle Gravitation out of the current paradigms of Zero-point, Hyperspace, Superstring, Photoelectric Ether, Antigravity and Quantum Mechanical paradigms. (Kuhn, T., (1962) Through which deducing the existence of a Gluon-Electron-Graviton energy interaction occurring, which I then use as the basis for the formulation of the Hyperparticle Gravitation Paradigm and the Infinite Energy Theorem. Thus providing the explanation for the anomalous gravity dampening effect of the Gravity Shield and providing a rough technical outline for the creation of a Gravitoelectric Cumulative Transference Power Source: the safest, cleanest, most economical and freely abundant energy resource available to the human race.

The synthesis of multicomponent/multilayered superconducting, conducting, semiconducting and insulating thin films has become the subject of an intensive, worldwide, interdisciplinary research effort. The development of deposition-characterization techniques and the science and technology related to the synthesis of these films are critical for the successful evolution of this interdisciplinary field of research and the implementation of the new materials in a whole new generation of advanced microdevices. This book contains the lectures and contributed papers on various scientific and technological aspects of multicomponent and multilayered thin films presented at a NATO/ASI. Compared to other recent books on thin films, the distinctive character of this book is the interdisciplinary treatment of the various fields of research related to the different thin film materials mentioned above. The wide range of topics discussed in this book include vacuum-deposition techniques, synthesis-processing, characterization, and devices of multicomponent/multilayered oxide high temperature superconducting, ferroelectric, electro-optic, optical, metallic, silicide, and compound semiconductor thin films. The book presents an unusual intedisciplinary exchange of ideas between researchers with cross-disciplinary backgrounds and it will be useful to established investigators as well as postdoctoral and graduate students.

Progress in the development of oxygen ion and mixed conductors is responsible for innovations in the fields of gas sensors, fuel cells, oxygen permeation membranes, oxygen pumps and electrolyzers. Commercialization has been impeded by materials stability and compatibility issues, high costs of fabrication and inadequate understanding of the interfacial phenomena controlling the operation of these devices. In this text we assemble a unique group of experts whose articles straddle, for the first time, all the key topical areas ranging from fundamentals relating to (a) defects, electrochemical, and interfacial processes, (b) catalysis, electrocatalysis and gas reforming, to design and fabrication including (c) advanced electroceramic processing methods, (d) materials selection and optimization, (e) and applications including scale up, commercialization and competitive technologies. This material was first presented at a NATO Advanced Study Institute held in Erice, Sicily, Italy during the period july 15-30, 1997. All the participants benefited from the integrated and synthetic approach taken to the subject matter with liberal use of examples and case studies. Many opportunities were made available for critical discussions of the key concepts and issues both within the formal sessions as well as in the cafes and restaurants which populate Erice. I join the co-organizers of the Advanced Study Institute, Professors J. Schoonman, I. Riess and M. Balkanski, in thanking NATO for providing support for the ASI. Thanks are also due to Dr.
