Ansat i Samsø Kommune som leder af et femårigt projekt om cirkulær økonomi og bæredygtig fødevareproduktion finansieret af VELUXFONDEN – Biosamfund Samsø. Efter en del år som fritidssamsing er han nu fastboende ’ny-samsing’ med biavl som hobby.

The global agro and food industry faces a number of strategic challenges. Globalization, growth opportunities, vertical integration, food security, trade liberalization, ownership and consumer trends are among the threats and opportunities facing many businesses in the agro and food industry.
