Die Auseinandersetzung mit mir und der Austausch mit Menschen, die unter ähnlichen Symptomen litten war für mich eine tiefgehende Erfahrung und hat mich in meinem Denken und Sein weitergebracht. Ich schrie täglich über mein Befinden, vor allem aber auch über meine Gedankengänge und Bilder, die in mir auftauchten, die weit über das Gefühl der Angst hinauswiesen. Somit entstand nicht ein eigentliches Tagebuch, sondern eine Sammlung von Texten, die in meiner Klinikzeit entstanden sind.
