In therapeutisch begleiteter Verwendung können sich in einem virtuellen Raum, dem sogenannten Cockpit, TherapeutIn und PatientIn austauschen und die Entwicklung durch ein Stimmungstagebuch und den PHQ-9-Fragebogen beobachten. Es kann also sowohl auf eigene Initiative hin genutzt werden als auch auf Empfehlung einer pädagogischen Fachkraft oder durch Verschreibung im Rahmen einer Therapie.
