This book is the next in the series of Restoring America's Health. I have updated it a bit as of June 2023. This is inspired by my Grandkids, several who are now in college. School today costs a bundle and these kids are going into debt to pay for their education. They often skimp on what is important, their health. They don't eat well; but what kid really does, once they leave home? Kids don't learn how to cook at home because many parents don't have time to teach them. Two working parents make preparing meals a chore and too often result in 'fast food' choices of take out or delivery. Convenient but horrible for your basic nutritional needs.
