This book will uncover some of the emotional layers that many people are struggling with. By breaking down the layers, it will help you get to the core of who you are today. In dealing with your truth, you must take the time and steps to examine your behavior, triggers and identify the cause. Going through this process will also help to explain some of your emotions, thoughts and actions. By not facing your truth may also be a contributing factor to your behavioral patterns. Being in denial can sometimes interfere with our ability to tackle challenges. As I tell tell my personal story, I share some tips and tools that I have used to help me in my healing journey. Some of these things I still struggle with today. However, we have to develop and increase self awareness because it is essential to your healing as well as personal growth.
