Macular degeneration is an eye disease which involves damage to the center area of the retina, which enables a person to see fine details. Cataracts are caused due to the development of a cloud film in one or both eyes. Most eye diseases have no early symptoms. The patient might not notice any pain or changes in the vision until the disease has become quite advanced. The book aims to shed light on some of the unexplored aspects of eye diseases.
