It shows the positive and negative advantages of the management process within a company in the construction industry. ISO 9001 certification comes as an alternative to improving the production system, producing services and products with a quality standard that achieves customer satisfaction. The main idea is to demonstrate how a quality management system works in the construction industry and to clarify the main doubts about the process of implementing the system and certification.
