In Murder on the Emerald Isle, Lysi Weston, self-styled amateur sleuth, and Grace Wright, her earthy Harlem-born colleague, fly to Ireland to present a management seminar. Lysi's desire to get in touch with her Irish roots goes terribly awry when she becomes embroiled in the investigation of two murders and a sexual assault . First, an Irish gypsy goes missing and is presumed to have been beaten to death. Then an Irish woman is linked to the murder of a lecherous cad.
