To believe in such a spiritual phenomenon and to know the truth one has to undergo the subtle principles of Astanga Yoga of Maharshi Patanjali. It is not very difficult to conceive, but one has to show a little interest in it if he or she is a Sadhak or Sadhika or even curious about gaining secret knowledge of yoga.
