An excellent book ! It contains strategies , steps and guidelines on how to start myself living life to the fullest. Easy to read and understand.I learned so much in this book. highly recommended for those who want to get tips on how you can make better mindfulness.I was so grateful to have a chance to read this book. Thanks for sharing this book and will be my pleasure to share this too. It also includes tips on how you can practice mindfulness better. There is a lot of benefits.
I have for some time been wanting to increase my being present to the moment in more areas of my life. While there are certain situations that lead to mindful moments more naturally, this book does help me to practice mindfulness in areas of life that require a greater willingness to participate in it. In setting up a short time frame to practice in different situations, as the author suggests, it can lead to a fuller mindfulness. This was a practical and helpful approach to train your thoughts.
As someone who is relatively new to meditation, I appreciate the comprehensive overview of mindfulness meditations and how
meditation can help reduce stress. I also appreciate the idea that there are many correct ways to meditate and the concept
that conditions do not need to be perfect in order to benefit from meditation. The ideas of staying curious and practicing
self-compassion stand out to me too.The meditations are grouped by category and each one has a specific purpose. I have tried
a number of the meditations and the Body Scan is one of my favorites. I look forward to trying many more of the mediation in
this excellent book. If you want to reduce your stress with meditation, I highly recommend this book!
