Using this format we are able to let go of the "baggage" we carry around with us from childhood in a simple and easy way. The thoughts we created and live by were put into motion in early childhood. When we are three years old we run and we fall down and cry and then get up and do it again, but then there comes a time when we run and fall down and say, "that hurt, I'm never doing that again." This becomes a cognitive thought that we store in the back of our mind and live by for the rest of our lives unless we become aware of it and change it. Basically we are running our adult life from the perspective of a child. This gives us a chance to re-evaluate our outdated thinking and free ourselves from these old thoughts and ideas.
It is such a relief to become who we truly are.
