The Mentoring and Nurturing Ministry Training Manual of Christian Life Skills, Inc. helps to equip congregations and community volunteers for engaging youth with an attitude of integrity and respect. The training includes good listening skills and sensitivity to the varying capacities of youth to engage conversations regarding the challenging issues of life, with all its dimensions, in the world where they live. This manual was designed to be used with the Christian Life Skills Curriculum: Warriors for Jesus the life skills curriculum for ages 6-10, My Eyes' Journey Youth Battle Plan, for ages 11-18, and The Positive Alternatives Entrepreneurial Program, for high risk youth, as well as other CLS program models of ministry.
