The volume is divided into two sections: Sonnets and Verse Variations. 'In my sonnets, I give voice in many poems to diverse people in our society-from gardeners to garbage men, from hairdressers to politicians, ' Graham said. 'In this sense, it's social poetry, because it reveals a slice of culture that's often ignored, both in real life and in artistic expression.
