Pourquoi sans craintes ? Parce que la crainte existe sur le virtuel et notamment les réseaux sociaux professionnels. The aim of the present study is to valorize the use in traditional medicine of Strychnos spinosa (Loganiaceae) as an antihypertensive plant. On isolated rat aorta pre-contacted with phenilephrine the crude extract of the plant causes endothelium-dependent vasorelaxation with a relaxation EC50 value equal to 0.900 ± 0.054 mg/ml. L-NAME inhibits the vasorelaxation effect induced by the extract of Strychnos spinosa with an increase in EC50 value of 2.254± 0.140mg/ml, this shows that the vasorelaxation effect involves a mechanism that involves NO. The inhibition of the effect by propranolol, with an EC50 of 2.762±0.138mg/ml demonstrates that the vasorelaxant effect involves the participation of ¿2 adrenergic receptors.

The poultry industry has been expanding rapidly in Zambia with both eggs and table birds forming a major dietary protein source for the majority of the population. Despite this expansion, unhygienic rearing conditions have characterized the poultry industry at both small scale and commercial level. Of concern, is the high bacterial contamination, especially Escherichia coli and Salmonella that may have a serious public health implication. It was against this background that this study was formulated to assess the level of bacterial contamination and associated risk factors in dressed chickens at abattoirs and markets within Lusaka province. A cross sectional study was conducted across two poultry abattoirs and one major poultry market in Lusaka Province. Risk associated data was collected using 261 questionnaires. The results show evidence of plausible bacterial contamination at both abattoir and market level, with higher levels of contamination being observed at markets.Potential risk factors that were identified to have significant influence to bacterial contamination at abattoir level were number of processed chickens per day and at the market distance from water source.

Genetic variability, correlation and path coefficient were estimated in 60 genotypes and five checks of coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.) grown in an Augmented Complete Block Design during Rabi 2020- 21. The high percentage of PCV and GCV were observed for biological yield per plant, seed yield per plot and number of umbels per plant.The high estimates of heritability and genetic advance as percentage of mean were found for biological yield per plant, seed yield per plot, umbels per plant and test weight. Correlation studies revealed that seed yield per plot exhibited highly significant positive correlation with biological yield per plant, test weight, number of umbels per plant, number of seeds per umbellet, plant height and harvest index. Path analysis revealed the highest positive direct effect of biological yield per plant, test weight and harvest index on seed yield per plot.

The inspired air through nose is warmed by blood capillaries, moistened by mucous membrane and filtered by cilia. Sinuses are located in the Frontal, Maxillary, Sphenoid, Ethmoid bone surround nasal cavity. The primary function is to light the weight of the skull and promote vocal resonance.

Diesem Gedanken folgend werde ich eine Bestimmung der Begriffe ¿Beratung¿ und ¿Coaching¿ als Ausgangspunkt der Arbeit vornehmen. Hier wird es insbesondere wichtig sein, das Phänomen Coaching, das in dieser Arbeit das bestimmende Format darstellt, einer kritischen Würdigung zu unterziehen, sowie die spezifischen Anforderungen an Coaching zu skizzieren, die seitens mittelständischer Unternehmen zu beobachten sind. Im zweiten Teil der Arbeit werde ich anhand Gesprächssequenzen exemplarisch Theorien, Handlungsmodelle und Interventionen aus der kognitiven Verhaltens-Beratung beschreiben, die meine Arbeit prägen. Der dritte Teil der Arbeit wird zusammenfassend zeigen, was in Bezug auf mein persönliches Beratungskonzept zu zeigen gelungen ist und welche Aspekte oder Fragen noch offen bleiben.

Fallkonstellationen herauszuarbeiten und in einem Prüfschema vereinfacht zu veranschaulichen. Des Weiteren ist die Qualität der Umsetzung der ATAD II zu prüfen und eventuelle Auslegungsprobleme herauszustellen.Seit einiger Zeit steht die Bekämpfung "aggressiver Steuerplanung¿"im Fokus nationaler und internationaler Steuerpolitik. Dies ist vor allem dadurch begründet, dass eine Studie der EU-Staaten zum Vorschein brachte, dass schätzungsweise jährlich Steuereinnahmen in Höhe von EUR 50¿70 Mrd. entgehen. Neben dem wirtschaftlichen Schaden, welcher bei den Staaten aufgrund der "aggressiven Steuerplanung" von Unternehmen entsteht, steht das unethische Handeln und die Ungerechtigkeit gegenüber anderen Unternehmen zunehmend in der Kritik der Öffentlichkeit. Das Streben nach höherer Steuergerechtigkeit wird dadurch enorm gesteigert und ist somit ein wichtiger Bestandteil neuer europäischer Rechtsnormen. In der weiteren Entwicklung rund um die Bekämpfung von "aggressiver Steuerplanung" im int. Kontext kommt vor allem der Anti-BEPS-Initiative der OECD großer Bedeutung zu. Diese Initiative soll zunehmend Gewinnkürzungen und Gewinnverlagerungen verhindern und wurde durch die Europäische Union mit ATAD und später ATAD II als Vorschriften zur Bekämpfung von Steuervermeidungspraktiken mit unmittelbaren Auswirkungen auf das Funktionieren des Binnenmarktes aufgegriffenIm Fokus dieser int. Maßnahmen steht vor allem die Beseitigung von Steuervorteilen aus sogenannten "Hybriden Gestaltungen". Die in ATAD II vorgeschriebenen Maßnahmen zur Bekämpfung hybrider Gestaltungen waren bis zum 31.12.2019 in nationales Recht umzusetzen allerdings ist der Gesetzgeber dieser Umsetzung erst zum 30.06.2021 nachgekommen. Am 10.12.2019 hat das BMF den ersten Gesetzesentwurfes des ATADUmsG veröffentlicht, welcher unter anderem den § 4k EStG-E beinhaltet. Am 24.03.2021 hat die Bundesregierung den Entwurf des Gesetzes zur Umsetzung der Anti-Steuervermeidungsrichtlinie beschlossen, im Anschluss wurde das Gesetz am 25.06.2021 durch den Bundesrat verabschiedet und schlussendlich am 30.06.2021 verkündet.

To discover the nature and importance of human rights, with the application of a basic approach we may conclude that human rights provide for individual freedom and liberty in relation to state (which may exercise public power over individuals, but also in relation to other individuals, who may also be capable of violation of these liberties. In some cases human rights not only provide for these freedoms against the above mentioned, but at the same time may mean a legal possibility to the individual to force them to refrain from doing something against him ¿ these human rights are often called justifiable human rights.The basic concept of individuals bearing liberty against the state is not new, it has always been present during the development of societies and mankind. Of course this has not been recognized as ¿human rights¿ in today¿s meaning, rather than a society-organizing principle: given social groups has duties and liberties in a society. We can find this basic phenomenon in ancient tribes, archaic societies and feudal societies as well.

Excessive use of chemical products has caused some negative effects such as pesticide resistance, the emergence of new pests, side effects on natural enemies and environmental contamination. For these reasons, the search for alternative and environmentally ¿¿friendly¿ methods of pest control are encouraged. One such alternative is the use of the bioactive compounds, that are effective against target organisms and have shorter persistence in ecosystems. Plant extracts possess toxic compounds such as oviposition deterrents, repellents, antifeedants and also IGR effects on their target pests. Botanicals have plant secondary metabolites, thus offer an attractive and favorable alternative for pest management. There are lots of phytochemicals found in various native and toxic plants, but there are limited research works on the isolation, purification, and mode of actions. Even a single phytochemical at different concentrations expresses many physiological interruptions against the target pests Phytochemicals are safe to natural enemies, human being and environments. Hence, it is important to know the list of phytochemicals found in native plants that can be used in pest management.
