For these reasons, the search for alternative and environmentally ¿¿friendly¿ methods of pest control are encouraged. One such alternative is the use of the bioactive compounds, that are effective against target organisms and have shorter persistence in ecosystems. Plant extracts possess toxic compounds such as oviposition deterrents, repellents, antifeedants and also IGR effects on their target pests. Botanicals have plant secondary metabolites, thus offer an attractive and favorable alternative for pest management. There are lots of phytochemicals found in various native and toxic plants, but there are limited research works on the isolation, purification, and mode of actions. Even a single phytochemical at different concentrations expresses many physiological interruptions against the target pests Phytochemicals are safe to natural enemies, human being and environments. Hence, it is important to know the list of phytochemicals found in native plants that can be used in pest management.
Birsa millenarian movement in both its political and religion aspects against the background of the disintegrating tribal socio-economic system the latter half of the nineteenth century. In pursuance of the same ends Birsa envisaged, in a larger, political- religious context, a new dispensation to be established through the violent expulsion of all enemies of the tribe, and a society hermetically sealed against outside influences, puritan- cally oriented, nostalgically looking back to its golden past.Birsäs movement aimed at the total reconstruction of the tribal culture. The society of the future was to be woven out of religious warp and political woof: Birsäs religion and Raj, politico-religion ends and means were inseparable. The movement and its leadership was typical of the tribal world of the nineteenth century and cannot and should not be judged by the standards of nationalism and non-violence.

While there has been considerable research regarding the role of Mobility Hubs in cities and transport networks, significant investment is required to develop these facilities. It is the correlation between investment, new users¿ attraction and revenue generation that is the key for a sustainable development of Mobility Hubs and this investment must, therefore, be correctly assessed and targeted. This study aims to develop a methodology to determine the viability of investing in Mobility Hub features, weighing the investment on different Hub features and services against expected potential benefits and revenue generation, addressing the question: Can investment in Mobility Hub features be justified and, if so, which features maximize its expected positive impact?

Moreover, Chinäs economic growth has massively increased defeating the world¿s largest economies US and UK, scoring highest investment by engaging in outward FDI. Decentralization is a global movement. Writing in 1994, William Dillinger in his paper ¿Decentralization and its Implications for Urban Service Delivery¿ noted that of the 75 countries with populations in excess of 5 million, all but 12 had embarked on some form of a transfer of authority and responsibility from the central to the lower tiers of government. There is no fresh count of countries that have taken the decentralization route, but the explosion of literature and studies and the number of countries that have enacted local government statutes and codes, would seem to suggest that decentralization has enveloped much of the world ¿ the proviso being that the pace and depth at which decentralization has occurred as well as its scope vary sharply across countries.
