Business Coaching is a modern and effective process of change and improvement, which combines efforts and techniques focused on the Human Capital of a company or organization in order to encourage their potential, increase their motivation and optimize their performance to achieve teamwork to achieve profitability and competitiveness. The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of business coaching as a strategy for the profitability of SMEs. The results show that business coaching is profitable for SMEs because it helps in the development of human capital and business productivity.
