The life of a woman, desiring a pregnancy, in 7 days of 7 micronutrients fighting for a better care of the lady and her progeny for a healthy couple in a delighted family in an environment. The provision of energy during pregnancy is a source of fulfillment in the mother and the child to be born by providing foods very rich in nutrients . This is called micronutrition, and micronutrition evolves with an ideal weight of the mother even before conception. The optimal weight gain was then modeled by the Institute of Medicine (IOM) in the United States in 1990. The IOM recommends a weight gain according to the Body Mass Index. Thus, the ideal weight gain over 9 months for a woman whose BMI is less than 19.8 kg/m² is 12.5 to 18 kilos, whereas it will only be 6 kilos for a woman with a BMI greater than 26 kg/m². The weight gain acquired during pregnancy can be broken down as follows: 2/3 related to the weight of the fetus, the placenta, the amniotic fluid and the uterus1/3 which corresponds to the storage of energy in the form of fat, particularly in anticipation of breastfeeding, and to water retention.
