Imperatives for Improvement of Food Safety in Fruit and Vegetable Value Chains in Viet Nam - Asian Development Bank - Bog

This publication explores how Viet Nam can improve the safety of its fruit and vegetables, including through production and postharvest handling, value chain development, and a stronger food safety management system.
