Jeg har skrevet denne lille pjece, fordi jeg i min tredje alder har haft og stadig har en helt utrolig skøn oplevelse – nemlig det at leve fuldt ud i nuet – blottet for triste og depressive tvangstanker og smerter – psykiske som i en vis grad fysiske. Jeg har hørt mange ældre mennesker sige, at alderdommen er en trist epoke af ens liv med tristhed, ensomhed og sygdom.Jeg har et godt liv i min høje alder, psykisk og i en vis grad fysisk. Det skyldes i høj grad, at jeg har læst Eckhart Tolles bog Lev i nuet kraft og efterfølgende har fulgt hans anvisninger på at komme ind i væren, som han også kalder det.Til sidst vil jeg påpege, at alle vil kunne have glæde af læren, men især folk, der er pensionerede, så har man nemlig den fornødne tid til at pleje sin psyke, da man jo er trådt ud af fortidens ræs.Jeg har udgivet denne lille pjece i håb om, at den kan inspirere andre til at følge Eckhart Tolle og få et bedre liv.Eventuelt overskud fra bogens salg går til Kræftens Bekæmpelse.
